Commuter Benefits Increase as of January 1, 2009
The IRS has approved new monthly maximums for commuter benefits for both transit and parking.
Beginning January 1, 2009, the new monthly limits will be as follows:
- Transit will increase from $115 to $120 a month
- Parking will increase from $220 to $230 a month
